Architected an offline-first mobile client using Flutter and Hive local database, enabling instant navigation and note-taking regardless of connectivity. Built a resilient backend with Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery hosted on AWS. Implemented a deterministic scheduler for court notifications using APNs and FCM, combined with presigned S3 URLs for end-to-end confidential case document uploads.
